Hi, I'm Kevin.

I've been a developer for about 10 years or so in Southern California. It's funny when I first started coding, I really didn't like it. I wanted to quit. I really didn't see myself sitting behind a screen everyday trying to get the computer to do what I want it to do. But I eventually stuck with it and it began to grow on me more and more.

I originally started out doing full stack development with .NET. As the saying goes, as a full stack developer I was mediocre at each of the layers. Which was true enough. So I did a little dabbling with iOS development. However, my true passion involved Frontend development. I eventually focused my experience into UI/UX. To me it always seems to be much more vibrant and exciting, not to mention it also tests your endurance and memory as a new front end framework or library comes out every other day.

In my spare time I really enjoy playing volleyball and I enjoy cooking. I've yet to burn down the house so I'll take that for what it's worth but it could only be a matter of time. I try to exercise when I can as my current job if pretty sedentary. My favorite place in the world to travel to is Taiwan. Been four times by now and it's always a great experience each time I go.
